The Hardesty Career Center is a woodworking training facility focused on teaching the necessary skills and techniques for architectural trim carpentry. Our vocational center aims to provide hands-on training, education, and practical experience to individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in construction trades, specifically trim carpentry. Our business model is designed to meet the needs of both the student and the construction industry by offering a comprehensive training program that will produce highly skilled and knowledgeable graduates. Transportation
It is important that you have a valid drivers license and are insured and legal to drive or have reliable transportation.

Architectural Trim Carpenter
Responsibilities include:
- Installation of trim and finish carpentry skills on residential and commercial projects
- Utilizing proper tools, techniques and safety protocols
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Paid Apprentice
We offer paid apprenticeship programs. This is a unique opportunity to learn the trades while earning a wage.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting experienced carpenters in the installation of trim and finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects
- Learning and utilizing proper tools, techniques and safety protocols
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients
